MEASURING
Not all window coverings take the same measurement. It depends on the style of window covering and installation. Inside Mount window coverings measurements are taken inside the window, with deductions taken. Outside Mount window coverings are installed most commonly over french doors or sliders and measurements are taken outside the area you want to cover l a deduction taken. This is why it is important to always have a professional take your window measurements based on the style of window covering and location.
